Mobility assistance policy of the Hotel Grand Teguise Playa:
The Grand Teguise Playa Hotel, according to its architectural conditions and its emergency and evacuation plan, regulates the assistance to people with mobility difficulties within the hotel.
Wheelchairs, whether manual or electric, have full access to all areas of the hotel, including the rooms, without any type of restriction. In the restaurant, the tables can be adjusted in height to provide comfort for people seated in wheelchairs, just ask the maître .
Scooters are not allowed inside the restaurants.
One-seat scooters are allowed in the common areas, but are not allowed in lifts, corridors and rooms, as they are a major nuisance in case of evacuation and emergency, as well as not physically fit inside the rooms.
For this purpose there are two car parks inside the hotel, one in the reception area and the other in the bar area, they can get from one area to the other through the access door to the beach, but not through the lift.
The maximum number of scooters allowed to charge and park in the hotel is 5, therefore the client must check availability before booking. The hotel reserves the right to charge or not for electric charges, if this is the case, it will be published first and the price will be available in the price list.
Two-seat scooters, electric scooters, and other electric amusement devices are not permitted inside the hotel.
It is not allowed to bring bicycles to the rooms.
The hotel has a guarded and locked room for storing bicycles, it has a restricted capacity, therefore it is necessary to consult before renting a bicycle if the intention is to keep it inside, bicycles owned by the guest have priority over rented bicycles. This is not a custody service, so the hotel declines all responsibility for any acts of vandalism that may occur. There is also a bicycle parking area at the front door of the hotel, with bicycle lockers and surveillance cameras. The bicycle room is under lock and key by a security guard, and it is necessary to wait for him both to leave it and to retrieve it.
