Regulation Access for Clients
The Canary Islands Government informs:
To maintain the archipelago’s low incident rate for the pandemic and guarantee the sustainability of our tourist activity, the following regulation is valid for the access to any touristic establishment.
All clients over the age of twelve who are not arriving from the Canary Islands must present one of the following certificates:
- An official certificate of having received the full vaccination of one of the vaccines authorized by the European Medication Agency (EMA) against Covid-19 within the 8 months prior to the arrival or having received at least one dose more than 15 days prior to the arrival and within the last 4 months. The document must state the vaccine received, the number of doses and the date of each dose. In this case it is not necessary to present a negative test result.
- A medical certificate or public document which certifies that the client has passed the disease less than 6 months ago. The document must state the date of the disease. In this case it is not necessary to present a negative test result.
- A negative test result for active COVID-19 infection not older than 72 hours (PCR, TMA or Antigen).

Fulfilment of the hygienic recommendations of the WHO and the Spanish Institute for Touristic Quality, ICTE, as well as of the local health authoritie.
The hotel has been audited and found in accordance with the requirements of the Safe Establishments Program, to guarantee the prevention, hygiene and security against Covid-19 of all its clients and workers.
All facilities are open with the maximum capacities permitted.
Training of all members of the staff about hygienic and preventive measures by certified entities.
All members of our staff have enough protective equipment to carry out their tasks with security and quality training with our service of Labor Risk Prevention.
The interior facilities of the hotel have been adapted to guarantee the required distances, as well as having uniforms which are disinfected daily in our facilities.
Disinfection following the protocols established for the rooms.
Elimination of superfluous decoration.
Change of sheets and disinfection of textiles even more strictly.
Control to avoid cross contamination through textiles or trash.
Cleaning staff with protective equipment while cleaning the rooms and doing so in the absence of the clients.
Buffet Restaurant and Bars
Reservation of tables and serving at the restaurant.
Control of access to the restaurant with thermal cameras and identification of the client (room number).
Only hotel guests are attended.
Type of meal service: Self-service buffet and Show Cooking.
Drinks are served to the table.
Linen of cotton washed and disinfected after each use.
Compulsory use of face masks UNE14683, except when sitting at the table. (The hotel doesn’t provide face masks).
Access to the buffet controlled by staff with compulsory disinfection of the hands when accessing to get the food and wearing face masks.
Access to the buffet in a one way with distances of 1.50m between clients.
Itineraries of cold buffet, hot buffet, desserts and show cooking separate in order to avoid agglomerations.
Attending staff (waiters, cooks and stockers) using face masks.
Air conditioning with system of disinfection through ultraviolet rays.
PProtocols for washing and disinfecting the dishes, cutlery and glasses certified by Biolab.
Protective screens and required distances at the bars. There are no self-service machines, service at the counter and the tables.
Social distance measures through signaling and procedures of circulation which avoid that arriving clients mix with residents before validation and check-in.
PPayment with credit cards, contactless.
Protective screens at the counter.
Disinfection and sterilization of the magnetic room keys after each use through UV and viricides. Protocol that avoids a used key to be used again without the correct treatment.
Temperature control with a thermal camara at the entry of the hotel and discreet action protocols in a case of a temperature higher than the established range.
Agreement with private clinics for the attention of clients as well as staff in case of fever or symptoms of the disease.
Sanitary protocols of maintenance of the water and disinfection of the solarium and sun beds.
Required distances between the sunbeds.
Our pools have been renewed during the state of alarm.
The access door to the beach is closed in order to avoid access of people without control or foreign to the hotel.
Cleaning and disinfection adapted to the demanded protocols, increasing the frequency with special attention to the common bathrooms and critical contact areas.
Daily ventilation of all areas.
Common areas equipped with dispensers of water-alcohol gel.
Maximum capacity adapted to the current situation to guarantee social distances.
